Bhagavad Gita

I was given the Bhagavad gita by a friend as an alternative perspective to the bible another friend had inspired me to read the bible weeks before.

I found that the Bhavaga Gita told me how to think rather than what to think as the latter was my experience of the bible. How to think felt far more reasonable to me as an individual and my situation in life may differ from other people. In this series I want to summarize parts of each chapter that speaks to me and reflect upon its meaning. I believe strongly that the knowledge this book holds goes deep. As the information is extracted into knowledge, it may change for the reader over time with the uniqueness of the moment.

The Bhagavad Gita has been an inspiration and guide for many great minds of our time. To give some examples: Mahatma Gandhi, Carl Jung and J. Robert Oppenheimer.
